Developed a partnership with Duncan Quinn and Zacapa Rum to refurbish a 1960s London Double-Decker bus to host a cross-country tasting series. On the bus, the downstairs included a full fitting area as well as ready to wear items and limited editions. Upstairs acted as a speakeasy with a changing tasting menu.
Audited 9 global, disparate databases and remapped + normalized functionality to develop an integration plan to consolidate multiple user logins into 1 consolidated, customer profile. Organized and facilitated global fact-finding 2 day Paris summit with global stakeholders to develop integration roadmap to merge the customer profile (MY WU), security and funds in to one integrated profile and consistent experience across global properties.
To introduce 42Below to the US market, we developed a partnership with VICE to reach the target audience. 42Below & VICE collaborated with Brooklyn-based artists FAILE on their permanent installation, The 104 North 7th Project. The piece consists of thousands of handmade tiles designed by the artists. The partnership kicked off with a private tasting event, (influencer) invitation-only at the not-yet-opened Wythe hotel with a FAILE exhibition throughout the main floor.
